Renewal quote came by email 1 day before direct debit due to be collected. I thought with other insurances policies it was sent 4 weeks ahead of renewal date giving the customer time to compare...

We can confirm that your renewal invitation was sent to you 21 days prior to your policy documents when your policy renewed with us.
This will be labelled as renewal invitation in the subject line and was sent to the same email address we have on record. It may be that it has landed in your junk folder for some reason however we can confirm it was sent to you.
Please contact the team on the number below if you wish to discuss this further or if you are unable to locate the invite so we can confirm we have all of your correct details.

Dexter’s insurance
The increase was more than expected but still represents reasonable value.
Dexter is three and having only made one very small claim I was surprised by the amount it had gone up.
