Friendly and professional service

Very friendly and professional service which really helped me after being knocked off my bike by car entering a roundabout without looking. Would recommend them if I am involved in an accident again.

Resolution a little slow and communication a little lacking.

The people were pleasant enough but I was not kept in touch as might as I would have liked. The time taken to settle the claim was too long and I was not given enough assurance that the physiotherapy...

Hi Lesley and thanks for your feedback.

Some claims are slow to resolve due to the speed (or lack of it) from the insurance companies.

We do not rush to make doctors appointments because we need to assess your long-term recovery not just your pain and suffering.

We are happy to be 'pestered' if clients are unsure of any aspect of the claims process, we are a very 'client-friendly' firm and understand that the legal process can be somewhat daunting.
