Hi Susan. Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback, it really helps us to improve on our service. We're really sorry that this happened and that your direct debit was taken twice within a few days. As we explained on the phone, our monthly plans our spread over 10 monthly payments so in this case, you'll only have 8 more payments to make but your policy will remain in place for the full 12 months. As an apology, we have sent you a John Lewis/Waitrose voucher which hopefully makes up for the confusion caused. Best regards The VeloLife Team

Did not receive everything that was prommised

Happy with the insurance....But not happy sales person offered me a £50.00 M&S Voucher which did not materialize. This is the reason for the poor rating
