Usually 5* service but didn’t receive enough nicotine shots. Emailed them and had no response 5 days later, disappointing.

Hello! I have checked with our customer service team and they confirmed that the remaining bottles were shipped out to you on receipt of your email. We have since contacted Royal Mail to ensure that they are handling our packaging better so that the box doesn't break and lose your eliquid! Please let me know how you enjoyed our liquid.
