Excellent Service
I have booked with valueadded travel on several occasions and have not been disappointed with the service I have received. Tony generally books our whole families holidays and always try's very hard...

Competitively Priced Holidays
This was the first time we'd used Value Added Travel services and I have to say the experience was a good one! They were very competitive on price and were quick to respond to enquiries.

Worst ever. Ustomer service
Appalling service. Not told about additional £250 resort charge until weeks after paid in full for holiday. Despite repeated promises, manager never returned our calls or replied to written complaint.
