Not professional

Seems very low tech website, usage makes no sense and statements just say an amount debited not a breakdown of the bill.

The agent answered the phone quickly, and very helpful. I managed to renew my contract very quickly after the new tariff was explained clearly.

An honourable company

I was already with Utility Point on a fixed term contract which was ending. To their great credit, they offered 2 further fixed term contracts rather than just putting me onto their variable rate....
