Friendly prompt service.

I ordered a fan duct and external grate. Staff were friendly on the phone and delivery was prompt. Also the fan is super quiet.

Very quick turnaround on dispatching and delivery interstate even with covid19 affecting both states. Everything arrived as I ordered. Would happily purchase from them again.

Amanda was great in her serVice but when delivery was not successful a male assistant was no help at all to help sort out the delivery problem
