I bought the Carpenter Midas 12mm Carpet which is thick enough to reduce the floorboard noise and feel good with my 16mm carpet. Will buy again.

Superb service and excellent underlay!

Lack of communication but fortunately all turned out OK.
Goods arrived on the given date about 6.30pm but there was absolutely no indication they had been dispatched and were on their way. Also uncontactable directly. An email was unanswered before the...

We and DX freight are looking into getting the notifications of delivery but that part as been put on hold since COVID 19 as the delivering of the products as DX is only one of two courier company that deliver "ugly" traffic therefore the delivery slots can take longer than anticipated.
