Thank you for your feedback and please accept my apologies for the failed delivery.
We have issues with the courier that we have been using, and this is a re-occurring issue and we are addressing to resolve the problems, but unfortunately here at Underlay4u, once the products have left us and are with the courier (Nightfreight) we are limited to what we can do from here. Your comments have been noted and hopefully a problem like this does not arise again.
