Fantastic all round - great product, great service and great turnaround!

Disappointing
13 of the cups were either chipped or broken on delivery. This could be due to poor packaging.

Good morning - we are so sorry about this; unfortunately you have not given ius a chance to put this right before leaving your review.We will of course, as we always do, put this right immediately - sadly, we are not always in control of our couriers and the way things are delivered. After receiving 13 broken or chipped mugs- U Name quickly contacted the supplier of the mugs and they will be re printed and sent by Friday. The mugs were broken BUT not because of a courier issue as they were packed badly, but U-Name have ensured they are replaced quickly and hopefully they will be delivered in perfect condition- so thank you for your quick response.

Thank you for re-reviewing - it is appreciated. The mugs were packed badly and went direct from the printer. We have raised this issue with them so that it will not happen again.
