Great service, really helpful and personalised service.
The only 2 negative aspects were

Got details of our flight seats wrong s we weren't sitting together. This q'aire doesn't cover the best bit of our holiday in Oman. Rubbish!

Many thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback and I am so sorry to hear your negative comments for Turquoise. Customer service, quality and attention to detail are all so important to us, so I will be looking into this with immediate effect and we will be in touch when this has been resolved. In the meantime, I am delighted to hear you had a good time in Oman and apologies that our feedback form only mentioned the Seychelles.
Best wishes,
James Bell - Sales & Marketing Director
