Did not get a reserved seat. Having to present ticket at ticket window before seat assignment will result in poorer seat than if assigned when purchased.

Thank you for the feedback. While the e-ticket does not display seating, all reservations are delivered immediately to the theater and seating is assigned at the time of reservation in the best available seats. Our reservation staff, or even the theater, can look those seat assignments up prior to your travels if desired. Reserve Direct
