Good Afternoon, Thank you for your feedback. I have just looked into your parcel and checked the tracking information. I can see that initially it looks like the courier required some further information in order to locate your address which is why it wasn't delivered on Wednesday the 27th. You should have received an automated email from us with your tracking information, in order to check the status of your delivery, did you receive this? This feedback email is also sent out automatically to anyone that has ordered with us therefore we were not aware that you had not received your parcel, my apologies for this. I do apologize for any inconvenience caused by this late delivery, please let me know if there's anything further I can do to assist you.
