I just felt that they were all nice and answered questions till I payed and booked then when I had a problem with self check in could not get any clear answer said they would call me back but haven’t...

Listen to what people are wanting and not just rushing to get a sale. Had th phone numerous times for an invoice to validate my cruise booking, and various other things
