Unprofessional....Slow...Dis-organised..overpriced...unaware

Bad...Terrible actually.....Not organised did not do as they said...unprofessional...slow...were more interested in talking about the weather...quoted more than retail price. Nearly lost the booking...

Why did you not arrange any accommodation inNZ. WHY WOULD I GO TO AUCKLAND JUST TO GET ON A PLANE TO GO HOME???????
