Trafalgar Recensioni

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to read that you gained valuable knowledge during your trip, although we are sorry that aspects of the experience fell short of your expectations. We regret your concerns regarding the standard of the accommodation, particularly the hotel in Sofia. We understand how unpleasant it must have been to encounter cigarette smoke throughout the property and in your room, especially when you were expecting a comfortable environment. The service you describe from the hotel staff is also concerning, and we are sorry this added to your disappointment. We also acknowledge your concerns about the quality of the included dinners and the lack of meal choices during some excursions. We appreciate that, when paying additional fees for dining experiences, you expect meals to be of an acceptable standard. Receiving cold, dry food after paying €75 would understandably be frustrating. Your feedback regarding the accommodation, staff service, dining quality and value for money will be shared with the relevant teams for review. We are sorry that these issues affected your overall enjoyment of the trip, and thank you for bringing them to our attention.

Thank you for travelling with Trafalgar again and for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to read that your Egypt tour did not meet the standard of your previous experience in Spain and Portugal. We appreciate your concerns regarding the lack of seating rotation on the coach, the quality and cost of the optional lunches, and the number of shopping stops compared with the time available for sightseeing. We understand that guests value fairness, flexibility and sufficient time to enjoy the historical sites and attractions included in their journey. We also recognise your disappointment with the limited time at Abu Simbel and the lack of opportunities for coffee breaks or refreshments between meals. We understand how these factors can affect comfort and enjoyment throughout a busy itinerary. Your comments regarding the organisation of the tour, meal arrangements, sightseeing time and scheduled stops will be shared with the relevant team for review. Thank you for taking the time to provide such detailed feedback. We value your continued trust in Trafalgar and regret that this experience fell short of your expectations.
