Trafalgar knows the phrase "customer first". The drivers, local guides and tour guides are well trained respectful and understanding. On my specific tour Wonders of Spain I never felt that I wanted to sleep when we were on the coach, the guide made it all interesting by giving relevant information and answering guests questions.
