You might find our At Leisure trips are more suited to your needs, as these ensure at least two nights at each destination, as well as later start times. Thank you also for you hotel comment - we review our trips annually and include all the feedback we get.

How wonderful to read! From our Operations department organizing our trips behind-the-scenes to our Travel Directors, it is a collective effort to provide the best experiences for our guests. That being said, the fact that you felt our Scenic Europe was the best trip ever is such a joy to know. We cannot wait to host you on another memorable experience abroad.

Apart from a domestic guided holiday (relative to where the guest is from), a valid passport is required for all guests travelling outside of their home country. That being said, we regret to have read that you may have been told otherwise by your travel agent. Our Travel Directors are expected to advise our guests of any physical activity on our trip that may be slightly difficult for some, so we would like to apologise for any discomfort you may have experienced. We will certainly take your feedback into account to make sure this doesn't occur on future trips. Thank you so much for feedback of Mexico's Copper Canyon.

Our Travel Directors are expected to implement a seat-rotation on the coach so that all of our guests may have an equal view throughout our trip. That being said, we would like to express our apologies if this was not the case. Our tour director was very attentive and went out of his way to inform everyone on board about the history etc of where we were. He loved his work and this added to our enjoyment.
