Thanks for the feedback. We apologise if you felt we were a little slow in dealing with the repairs on your car. Obviously the Land Rover you purchased is a unique vehicle and requires a dedicated specialist company to carry out repairs which are uncovered during our comprehensive inspection, because of this we have to wait until they have available time to complete the repairs, this unfortunately caused a delay with the delivery of your vehicle. However, we feel that the slight inconvenience of a delayed delivery is better than to allow an incorrectly repaired car to be delivered only to cause disruption and inconvenience for you further down the line when it has to be returned for the repairs. We hope you can appreciate and understand our reasons for this practice. We only want you to take delivery of a car when it is right. Thanks again. Kind regards The Sales Team
