I was very happy with Tomato Travel everything went smoothly, from flights to hotel accommodation and tours. All hotels were clean and comfortable.

Tomato travel just booked hotels, air tickets and JR passes. They did only for the benefit of them. Except for one hotel, all the hotels are an inconvenience and very poor quality. They booked...

We are sorry for the inconveniences you faced in Japan on your tour and we have been working with our Japan team to improve each area of our Japan by Rail tours. I thought the tour was great, I would just recommend that the tour guide get everyone to introduce themselves at the beginning to break the ice and get to know each other

Great, would definitely book another trip with them. Our guide was amazing, the accommodation was good. Woyld have like a group dinner or two but otherwise it was an amazing holiday
