So slow but got there in the end.

We were only remortgaging for a reasonably small amount , and we were constantly having to chase for info , but we got there in the end , in summary ok company but probably not if you are in a hurry

Got there EVENTUALLY!!!!!!!!!!!

Very slow. Charged £878 to lend the money and repeatedly asking us to send the same documents over and over. Very confusing. No hast with them. Trying to contact over process and people who...

Very disappointed. Very confusing process. Father in law died so all documentation had to be resubmitted although application was at an advanced stage and same people were on application . This whole process took 13 months to eventually complete along with a major fee to lend the money. Poor.
