Our apologies if you feel the shoes were of poor quality. We do have a stringent quality control procedure but sometimes, sadly the shoes you received must have slipped through the net as we sadly cannot inspect every pair that we have delivered. I can see that a refund has been processed back onto your card at the start of July and if you have any further queries, please get in touch.

In regards to the confirmation, the website only gathers the order, it does not have the facility to charge your card, this is only done once your order is imported onto our system, the confirmation is to confirm that your details and order have been entered and will be received by us. It appears that when you called to chase your order, the operator you spoke to did not read the notes on your account explaining that the card details were incorrect, so I apologise for that, they really should have noticed that. We are sorry that the one pair of shoes were no longer available. Due the the direct feedback we have had from this website, we are now looking into ways of improving the way we notify customers in this situation.
