Sorry to see that your experience was not what we both should expect. You are more than welcome to return them again either through the post with a pre paid label (which we can supply) or we can arrange another collection. I will pass you comments onto the correct people so that they can check the stock of these shoes.

I believe you have already been in contact with us in the last couple of days. Sadly it looks as though the shoes went missing with the couriers as they were despatched from us on the 8th of August. However, a full refund has been processed this morning back onto your card.
