Generally very good even when things go wrong. Able to talk to a person to resolve and overall have no complaints- have used a number of times.

shirts are excellent quality great choice of colours and sizing is true to measure I have got eight of them now they are such a pleasure to wear and I will certainly recommend them

Good quality suit as per. Sorted a delivery issue out ASAP too. Meant I got the suit in time for a big family event. Awesome!

Great online service - it’s a shame their stores are now closed as I can no longer use them to get measured up for a suit or winter coats - So will use them for shirts only
