I tried booking online, but had lots of problems. Tried 3 times but it kept freezing and couldn't complete. Ended up calling on telephone and competing transaction that way. They were very nice...

Simple website and good help available when needed
The customer service was very good, quick and efficient. This was the first time we had used Tick Travel. We had found out about the company through Compare the Market and have not travelled overseas...
