In the unfortunate case that you do receive a faulty item from us, we do ask that you arrange to have the item returned back to us but we are more than happy to refund the postage cost of doing so. I can this was processed and packed by the team on the 12th & desptached on the 13th deliveries can take around 48-72 hours depending on your area.
