Thank you for getting in touch via Feefo. Myself and my collegue have been intouch regarding your feedback last week. An email was sent shortly after your order was placed to advise that an item was out of stock and asked if you wished to swap the item for an alternative. As we had not heard back from yourself after 3 working days a automatic refund processed for the item. Apolygises for the disapointment this would have understandably caused. Well, I never received such email so maybe you should check how this automatic system is working. I read my mail every day so there is no way it could have went unnoticed - and I just double checked my inbox (and junk folder). I also tried to email info@braintreeclothing.com but mail delivery system returned my mail because "the address is not valid". Thank you for answering and explaining via Feefo, though.
