Hi Tiffany. Thank you for taking the time to give us your Feefo feedback. We are extremely sorry to hear that you did not have positive experience whilst shopping with us. I can see the order was placed on Christmas Eve, just before the office closed for the Festive break and although the order was processed as soon as we were back in the office on 29th the time frame in which we were able to advise you was longer. We always try and do our best to make sure the website is up to date to avoid items becoming out stock, during busy times there can be a slight delay in this being actioned as this a manual process.
