Booking difficulties
Very difficult to find the pre-booking for Merlin Annual Pass holders. Also think it is outrageous that this will attract a further cost of £1 PER PERSON!

Really easy process
It was really easy to find a short break within our price range and the booking process was super fast too. The confirmation including hotel booking was in my inbox instantly.
