Very good, easy booking process and appears to cover everything I need.
Booking and payment process was straightforward and I appreciated the optional extra of £19.95 to insure against cancellation. Only small criticism is that I couldn't see anywhere if the entrance fee...

I thought your process wasn't the best as my planned trip last year cost £112. 80 & 4 me 2 rebook the price jumped up 2 £159 with a limited bfast & dinner option. But this was better than paying £190...
