Thompson and Holt helped draft a revised appeal to Amazon and although Amazon initially rejected it, we did a ~week later get a long call from Amazon with some revision suggestions which we applied...

Went smooth.

This was for my first account out of 2 & they were able to get it unsuspended. Reason for suspension was for High ODR. I recommend Laura. She is amazing to work with.
