Last week my Amazon account was suspended because it was related to an account I never had- a ‘false positive’. Without hesitation I contact Thompson and Holt who fixed the issue in one email.

I was away on holiday when realised my account had been suspended. Sent everything over to Simon, they told me exactly what to do and what to send, and was reinstated by the time I was home.
