We sincerely apologize for the error online which resulted in the change of seats for your booking. However we did note the error immediately and rectified it with better seats than the original booking of ROW M, we moved them to better ROW E seats in the STALLS. Last week, we carried out a massive upgrade on our site to allow customers to directly connect to the theatres system in order to make the entire booking process LIVE with seat numbers and direct connection into the theatres system. However, due to the technical problem, the connection stream had some initial minor bugs and effected a few orders. Unfortunately, your order was one of them that got effected. I can confirm that the issue has been resolved in real time with our engineers working day and night to make the entire site robust and free of any booking errors. I can confirm that all the minor bugs have been fixed with added fool proof filters that would now make the site and connection 100% free of any errors. I hope you would give us another chance to serve you in the future as we look to make amends to our customers whose bookings got effected. We sincerely apologize for this technical error. I booked for a show at 2.30 got to the theatre my booking was not registered!…

I booked for a show at 2.30 got to the theatre my booking was not registered! Instead was booked for 7.30!! My email confirmed I had booked for 2.30!
