Hi thank you for your feedback and I'm sorry that you were not entirely satisfied with your experience. I note from our records that you booked the Quad Safari through an agency. The Quad Safari is only ever 1.5 hours in duration and is advertised as such. If you were given the wrong information when you purchased the experience then please go back to the company in question to query this.

The quad obstacle course is a bit of fun and for the instructor to be able to asses the ability of all the riders in the group. He will only move on to the next section of the experience once he is satisfied that everyone has full control of the bike. The health and safety of our customers is always our first priority.

We do run a 2 hour Quad Exclusive Experience which is aimed at the more experienced quad biker and perhaps this would have been more suitable for you.

We look forward to welcoming you back to Ashtree Farm in the future to perhaps try one of our other motorised activities.
