We’re so sorry about this - we've had a look, and we can see there was definitely some confusion (and bad maths!) on our end. Instead of providing the points equivalent to your refund amount, we provided the points that you would have gained by spending that amount. You absolutely should have received the correct points based on the retail value, and we’ve already reached out via email to get this sorted.
We’re in the process of adding the correct points to your account (plus a little extra to make up for the error and the inconvenience). Sincere apologies again, and thank you so much for your patience and understanding. We really appreciate your continued support.
