Unclean!..... And ill prepared.

Put in systems like checklists for example to ensure that villas are properly prepared, cleaned and equipped on arrival. This to ensure that clients do not have to take up valuable holiday time...

We are very sorry that not all 10 sets of towels were provided on arrival. This should absolutely not have been the case given that you had booked the whole property. Whilst I am pleased these were quickly provided for you, we completely agree these should have been present on check-in and we do regret this was not the case. Once again I am sorry that your emails did not originally reach us, however am glad we have now had the chance to discuss everything and thank you for taking the time to send over your feedback.

Spectacular views of the Ionian sea. Full privacy and quiet.

An example: we complained about the lack of water pressure in the upstairs shower. The next day, a plumber showed up to fix the problem.
