They sorted out a problem with our hotel a few days before we were due to fly and upgraded us to another hotel without argument. The service was friendly and professional.

Great Reliable Service
Very professional, made accommodations to our itinerary, heard us out and helped and gave us options. Friendly reliable service, communication with the agents was easy.

Friendly and efficient
Excellent holiday, friendly and efficient, incredibly quick to sort out Swiss Air flights when BA went on strike - sorted in about an hour and a half on the Bank Holiday Saturday
