Thank you so much for your feedback regarding our Islington Holiday Camp💗 Firstly, we're so glad that you'd join us again. We have a jam-packed schedule coming up this May and Summer too. We are sorry to hear about your experiences on the first day. Our ratio is 1 adult to 8 children and on the first day there was on site in the morning: Anne, Filippo and Pamela - with less than 20 children. We are sorry that you had been given incorrect information as everyone had turned up. We will speak to our team about this in our next training session before our May Half Term Holiday Camp for sure. The staff also have a designated phone line so we again will speak to the Manager on why this number was not utilised. Also we are sorry that you felt our 6pm Newsletter was very basic. We feel it gives parents a range of info including a link to our popular Online Gallery. We also agree that Pamela is amazing and will pass this feedback on for sure. We also appreciate your positive feedback on our Online Gallery and the fact your son enjoyed himself and learning the guitar.
