I waited over three weeks and never got the labels.

I never received the labels. It showed they were shipped but I didn’t get them.

Sadly standard mail is struggling on hitting deadlines in some areas due to further lock downs, but just in case you need to know for the future we do have an express option which only takes 2 business days to reach you.
