Limited and mediocre food for the first two days for breakfast we didn’t have any meat at all then the fourth night we had spaghetti noodles with Mexican chorizo on top and not much of that at all....

So all of these things that we’ve complained about are fixable sorry to say it won’t be for us. The only reason I’m responding whatsoever is to help out other couples that do this for a once in a lifetime event when you wait for something to do that you’ve been wanting to do for Years and it turns out to be a disaster. There is no going back and revisiting that dream that dream is over. So in my opinion. Here. It one the customers tell you 2 to 3 weeks ahead of time what they want for breakfast lunch and dinner if you are unable to accommodate that you need to let them know that immediately within 24 hours you give them the option to completely cancel if you are unable to accommodate The greater or better places to go and things to see for snorkeling or whatever it may be let them know ahead of time so that they can cancel or change plans to another company if you’re not able to accommodate none of these things were done. Your customers are the reason why you have jobs why you get paid to do your job do not assume that because other people have lots of money that the people that dream about doing this for years And become unsatisfied because of it are just going to arbitrarily say that’s OK it’ll be better next time I won’t spend good money after bad so either get it right figure out what people want and give that to them and be forthright and what can be done and what not can be done on the charters or stop chartering for People because you never get a second chance to make a first impression ever remember that and you have lost us forever

Admittedly, the crew and I didn't absorb all the pre-departure (boat) info. During the charter, we had problems w/ the generator operation and fresh water pump. The remote service was great and...
