Hi Obert, MAPA was a trial course we ran in partnership with Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI). CPI set the guide price for their training course, I do apologise if you thnk it was too expensive.

Candidates werr not probided with full training materials and were asked to pay additional fees if tgey want full training materisl. I think that's not good enough
