As a new, fast-growing company, we are always looking for opportunities to improve. We apologise profusely that our customer service didn’t live up to your expectations and have discussed your review at length to understand what we can do better. We’ve been implementing new processes and growing our customer service team to ensure that our customers will always be well looked after and feel valued. This is so important to us as we love what we do and want our customers to share our passion for travel and adventure.
We’ve been busy reviewing our app, website and itinerary content to include more specific details of timings and daily activities on a Flash Pack tour. By going over the details of our trip with a fine-tooth comb, we’ve making sure that all future tours will have a much clearer itinerary and that our customers are fully prepared for their FlashPack adventure. We’re also giving our website a full makeover, which we’re incredibly excited about, as it will make our communications with our customers even easier. It will also mean that no customers miss out on socialising with their fellow flashpackers before the tour.
