Happy with the face cream, disappointed with solid hand cream bars

The service was good, however a replacement for the solid hand cream bar never arrived but they were kind enough to sent another one out (although two bars should have been replaced)

Could be better

Why advertise your products on social media, when you do not have stock? If you pay for ads and you sold out, pause the ads. So dissapointing, when you want to buy it and you see the do not have any.
