Delivery on time with a 1 hour sot and excellent courier tracking.
The Outback Excel 300 Gas BBQ I bought was of very poor quality (not BBQ Stores fault). The BBQ Store were very fast at arranging collection and a refund. Very impressed with the service.
Whilst the customer service and response time is very good, I'm not satisfied with the quality of product or reaSon given for its obvious damage. They are a supplier but should check all items before...
