Thanks for responding, however I think for such a big company, you could have accomodated my request eg.send another one the next day delivery, and saying sorry is just a norm!
What a great service - ordered on a Monday I received it on time the next day - driver very helpful and BBQ store kept me updated through the whole process - thank you BBQ store I would use you again...
