Not impressed
Received bear with the wrong tag. Queried it by phone and was told it was a defect. Emailed twice and no response. Not impressed! **

Thank you for taking the time to review our company and we are very sorry to hear we have not resolved your issue quicker for you. I can confirm that the tag  must have been placed on the bear in error by the manufacturer (charlie bears) we have requested that they send the correct tag to you which they have confirmed they will be doing ASAP and it should be with you this week. We hope we have now resolved the issue for you if not please let us know by either giving us a call on 01225 300755 or emailing us.
