The driver did not come to the airport without a call or email.
When an airplane is delayed, you have to be careful because the driver may cancel the reservation unilaterally or he may return...

Thank you for coming back to us with your feedback. We really appreciate when our customers share their experiences so we can improve our future services. We are terribly sorry to realise that you experienced such a confusing situation in one of our transfers. We completely understand how stressful this may have been for you, especially after a delayed flight.
Please note that after checking your reservation with our team, we have noticed that one of our agents already informed you about the case experienced in your reservation. As you may have already seen in our terms and conditions: "In case of a (flight) delay > 1 hour of the Customer, the Driver holds the right to cancel the booking or charge for the additional waiting time (>1 hour)." This is what happened in your case.
We completely understand that it is out of your control your flight delay, however at the same time, when the driver is taking care of your reservation they are also not being available to perform others. This is why on these cases, the driver holds the right to cancel such a delayed transfer. However, on these cases, in order to have some fair compensation for this inconvenient, we always recommend our clients to contact the airline for compensation(since we understand that the delay was theirs, not yours).
In some situations like this one, some of our drivers do have availability to arrange a new transfer with a new driver or so, however, this new arrangement was not possible to be done. Especially due to the fact that we were not aware of this issue. We also always recommend our customers to keep us updated regarding any emergencies or issues that may occur right before the pickup, so our 24/7 Customer Service can make sure everything goes smoothly.
Having said that, we would also like to inform you that we are already well informed of how hectic can get when travelling abroad so by far our last intention is to add any stress on this situations.
As a gesture of an apology for all the stress caused, I have also sent you a discount code. We would be more than happy if you could redeem it on the upcoming transfer you may book with us. Then, we would be able to prove to you how our customer service can make sure everything works out in the end whatever the circumstances are.

Vi är oerhört ledsna att höra att du upplevde en no show från en av våra förare i en av våra överföringar. Vi förstår verkligen hur obekvämt detta kan ha varit för dig, särskilt när du reser till ett främmande land.
Observera att i vissa sällsynta tillfällen kör några av våra förare sent på grund av några tidigare överföringar som försenades. De förklarade för oss att de informerade dig om förseningen de hade och att du gick med på att avbryta bokningen, det är därför bara hälften återbetalades (eftersom det är beloppet som tillhör denna specifika resa eftersom det var en rundtur).
Eftersom punktlighet är en av våra viktigaste värderingar och vi anser att du inte upplevde hur vår verkliga problemfri tjänst är. We are terribly sorry to hear that you experienced a no show from one of our drivers in one of our transfers. We truly understand how inconvenient this may have been for you, especially when travelling to a foreign country.
Please note that in some rare occasions some of our drivers are running late because of some previous transfers that got delayed. They explained to us that they informed you about the delay they were having and you agreed on cancelling the reservation, this is why only the half was refunded (since it is the amount belonging to this specific ride because it was a roundtrip).
Since punctuality is one of our main values and we consider that you did not experience how our real hassle-free service is. We have sent you a discount code as a gesture of an apology, you will be able to redeem it on the next reservation you may book with us.
