Okay service once the driver turned up

Dear Zulfiqar, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are terribly sorry for all the inconvenience caused. When creating a booking, you will be able to see the meet & greet option underneath every car picture. There is a sentence which says "Your dedicated driver will meet you at the meeting point." and next to it there is the price according to this extra option. This is the option to have the driver waiting for you with a sign at the arrivals. However, if you do not add this option in your reservation, the driver will be waiting for you outside the airport at the meeting point (which will be stated in the voucher with the driver details). We completely understand that when making the arrangements this may be misleading for our customers. This is why we would like to apologise for any hassle this may have given you. Perfect ride!
