Be careful with the colours

I was told that the colour was not enhanced on the photographs, that natural light was used but if it was they should re evaluate how they take their pictures as this is the second time I’ve had yarn...

We do our best to ensure all our photos are as true to life as possible, using natural light and carefully checking colours on a calibrated monitor. This yarn's natural, undyed colour (401) can vary from batch to batch due to factors like the season and pastures where the sheep graze. These natural shifts make each batch unique, though we understand this difference was more pronounced than expected. We strive to represent these variations as accurately as possible in our photos. We also apologise for the error on our website regarding the yardage, which has now been corrected to match the accurate information on the product band: 230 meters per 100g skein. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. As a small team of two, we’re very approachable, and if there’s ever an issue with an order, we always do our utmost to make things right within reason.
