Preporation !

My only quibble is that all repairs, cleaning and preporation for the next tenent should be completed before opening to new occupents .

Many thanks for your response. We strive to make sure all areas picked up on the previous check-out are addressed prior to a new tenant moving in. I am pleased to see in your case the that cleaning had been completed however the garden had not been tided in time, though I understand Katie did make you aware of this on check-in.

Good service , friendly and helpful.

Good customer service. Contact good. However an emergency contact for a Sunday would be helpful. Especially as we have had a shower stop working and cannot get anyone to fix via Swan as no telephone...
